Gamblers Anonymous. Do you think you have a problem with compulsive gambling, or want to learn more about how to stop gambling? Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other to help solve this common problem and help others to recover from a gambling problem. The Friends of Nantasket Beach is happy to announce the return of our Summer Sunshine Performance Series, a free summer concert series highlighting diverse performers of the South Shore. Today's performer is Meridian 71, an electrifying cross-cultural ensemble led by drummer and composer Giuseppe Paradiso. Blending jazz with Mediterranean and West African influences, they create rich, cinematic soundscapes that inspire connection across cultures. The ongoing performance series is supported by Save the Harbor / Save the Bay's Better Beaches Program, the DCR, the Hull Cultural Council, the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Hull No Place for Hate Committee.

Pilates. Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m. at the senior center, 197A Samoset Ave. Pilates is a series of exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. This mat class is designed to increase muscle strength and endurance, as well as flexibility to improve posture and balance. Bring your mat, or borrow one from the center. $5/person.
Line Dancing with Mimi Leary – Thursdays at 11 a.m. Line dancing is a terrific way to get some exercise and have fun while supporting the brain and body, and improving your balance. Toddlers’ Playgroup. Fridays, 1:30-3 p.m., Hull Lifesaving Museum, 1117 Nantasket Ave., The museum, along with Elaina Baggett and her granddaughter, are offering a playgroup for children ages from birth to three years. Strength & Flow Monday and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. Sara Pearson teaches this dynamic class integrating breath, mindful movement, and yoga, with the use of small hand weights, resistance bands, and balls to increase strength and flexibility. $5 per class. Qigong on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. Sandy O’Hara leads a class with roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts. This class is for anyone who wants to lower their stress and maintain long term health and wellness. The six-week series is offered for $5 per class. Call the senior center to register, 781-925-1239.
Balance and Conditioning. The senior center is offering balance and conditioning classes. Each session consists of strength and conditioning exercises, stretches, and various balance drills designed to increase balance, strength, and flexibility. The stretching and strengthening exercises are focused on key muscles and joints to improve range of motion, strength, stability, awareness, and reaction time to prevent falls from poor balance. Chair Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Yoga can be practiced by everyone. It is an ideal activity for those with balance issues or looking to start a yoga practice slowly. It not only has the benefits of regular yoga, such as helping with stress, pain, and fatigue, but it can also help with joint lubrication, balance, and even age-specific issues like menopause and arthritis. Zumba Gold Tuesdays at 8:45 a.m. Using light weight-toning Moroccan sticks, Justine Hobin leads classes in rhythm-based movement that tones arms, core, and lower back. Veterans who served during the war on terror: The War Memorial Commission is seeking submissions for an update to the memorial wall. Active-duty dates 9/11/01 to 9/30/21. Must have enlisted from Hull during that time as shown on your DD 214. Submit your DD214 to Hull Veterans Service Officer Paul Sordillo at town hall, 253 Atlantic Ave.
St. Mary of the Assumption Parish/St. Ann Church Masses are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m., Saturdays at 4 p.m. and Sundays at 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Bereavement Support Group. This free online support group begins on Tuesday, July 20, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will be ongoing. It is open to anyone who has experienced the death of someone they love. Registration is required. This support group will be held virtually via Zoom.
